ADMISSION SEEKERS TO B.E. OR B.TECH/MBA/MCA IN GOVT./GOVT. AIDED/UNIVERSITY DEPARTMENT/PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS IN THE STATE OF HARYANA FOR THE SESSION 2008-09

PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT OF TOKEN ADMISSION FEE

(1) Visit the website www.hscs.org. click on Pay Token Admission Fee link after provisional allotment of seat.
(2) Fill in your Roll. No. and other details and proceed.
(3) Choose one of the following modes of payment for Token Admission Fee in the order of preference given below:

● Online Bank to Bank Transfer through Internet Banking: If a candidate has a bank account in PNB Bank or AXIS Bank and have Internet Banking User Name and Password, then select this option to pay your fees. Immediate payment is received and updated at HSCS website.
● Credit Card/Debit Card: If a candidate has a MASTER or VISA Credit Card/Debit Card of any bank, then select this option to pay fees. Immediate payment is received and updated at HSCS website.
● Cash Payment at Online Bank Counters of PNB/Axis banks through E-DEPOSIT SLIP only: Generate and print E-Deposit slip, fill up the details and deposit your fee in any CBS (Centralized/computerized Banking Solution) branch of PNB or Axis bank by Pay Fee Menu Id only. Collect Online transaction Code from respective Bank. Payment is received and updated at HSCS after 30 hours. No one should go to the bank directly for payment of Token Admission Fee without E-slip and should not use any other type of slip from bank or elsewhere.

No candidate should deposit the token admission fee in any other account or by any other mode; in that case HSCS will not be responsible.

The candidates who have been allotted the seat, but failed to deposit the Token Admission Fee by the due date will be out of counselling procedure and will not be considered for next seat allotment. Therefore, the candidates are advised to deposit Token Admission Fee as this seat is likely to be upgraded in next seat allotment.

The deposition of token admission fee for B.Tech/MBA/MCA courses should be done as per schedule mentioned below (same as mentioned in Key dates in prospectus).

*Change in Key Dates, if any, would be notified on the website www.tehadmissions.gov.in and www.hscs.org After the deposition of Token Admission Fee, the candidates are advised to check and confirm the payment status on payment status like at www.hscs.org website by entering your Roll No. In case the candidate has made the payment, but the Payment confirmation status shows unpaid even after 30 hrs, then immediately email us at tokenadmissionfees@hscs.org or contact us on 0172-2584207 or 0172-2584218 or visit HSCS office at Bays 7-12, Sector-4, Panchkula.
