Invites applications for Post Graduate Certificate in Security Operations Programme and Post Graduate Diploma in Security Operations Programme
About the Programme: Security Skills Council of India (SSCI) a pioneer in design, development and delivery of security qualifications in collaboration with IGNOU is offering, 06 months Post Graduate Certificate and 01 year Post Graduate Diploma Programmes in Security Operations.
The delivery of the programme will follow face to face teaching-learning residential model at SSCI central training academy, Garhwa, Jharkhand.
The third batch commences in the month of Jan 2010.
Eligibility criteria: University graduate, between 21-35 years of age (as on 01st Jan 2010), with height above 160 cms (for female 150 cms) and medically fit. Good communication skills in English and proficiency in computers is essential. Holders of NCC ‘C’ certificate and outstanding sports achievers shall be preferred.
Selection process: Candidates have to appear in a three phase selection test organized across India. Written test will be held on Sunday 27th Dec 2009 at centres in Chandigarh, Delhi, Dehradun, Lucknow, Patna, Ranchi, Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar, Raipur, Bhopal, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore and Cochin.
Admission process: Interested candidates may apply for prospectus and application form with their latest resume including address with PIN, contact number preferably mobile, Email ID, two passport size photographs and bank draft of Rs. 350/- in favour of ‘Security skills council India private limited’ payable at New Delhi to the address given below latest by Tuesday 15th Dec 2009.

Stipend: During the 06/12 months training programme, stipend of Rs 8000/- per month will be paid for candidates of Diploma programme and Rs. 6000/- per month will be paid for candidates of certificate programme. After successful completion of training, SSCI will organize 100% placement assurance programme with monthly salary of minimum Rs 10000/- gross for Diploma holders and Rs 7500/- gross for certificate holders.
Call letter with prospectus will be dispatched to all candidates for the written test scheduled on Sunday 27th Dec 2009. Candidates not receiving the same by Friday 25th Dec 2009 can contact the nearest written test centres (address given on our website www.sisindia.com) or can call on given telephone numbers.
