International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore M.Tech Admissions 2009

International Institute of Information Technology-Bangalore (iiit-b) invites applications for admission to the M.Tech program starting in July 2009. The M.Tech degree is awarded upon successful completion of a 4-semester, broad-based academic program in IT.

Eligibility: A first class B.E./B. Tech/ equivalent engineering degree is the minimum qualification for admissions. Students with M.Sc/M.C.A. degrees are also eligible. Final year students expecting to graduate by August 2009 may also apply.

Fees: Application Fee: Rs. 250/-
Entrance Exam Fee: Rs. 750/-

Last date for receiving online applications: March 20, 2009
Last date for receiving application fee for online applications: March 20, 2009

Offline applications
Last date for requesting offline applications: February 01, 2009
Last date for receiving completed offline application together with the demand draft: February 28, 2009

Exam and Interviews
Notification of exam waiver for qualified candidates: March 27, 2009
Exam dates: Students are provided with choices for taking the online admission test: Date 1: April 5, 2009, Date 2: April 12, 2009
Selection interviews at iiit-b campus: May 6-8, 2009

Entrance Exam Waiver: Candidates with valid GATE/GRE scores may qualify for waiver of the entrance exam. See the website for details.
