TISS Admission to post graduate degree programmes (2009-2011) in (a) social work (SW) (b) disability studies and action (DA) (c) counseling (CL) (d) development studies (DS) (e) elementary education (EE) (f) women’s studies (WS) (g) health administration (HE) (h) hospital administration (HO) (i) public health (PH) (x) globalisation and labour (xi) human resources management and labour relations (HR) (xii) social entrepreneurship (SE) (j) disaster management (DM) and (k) media and cultural studies (MC) at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), a deemed university, Deonar, Mumbai-400088.

Eligibility: Candidates having a bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration under the 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 or 10+2+2+1 year bridge course pattern or its equivalent from a recognised university, in any discipline, are eligible for the course. Candidates have to undergo the TISS National Written Test on December 14, 2008. Candidates can apply for not more than three programmes.

Form: Can be obtained online by downloading from www.tiss.edu or by sending a request letter with DD for Rs 1000 if applied for a single programme. For multiple programmes it will be Rs 750 per additional programme in favour of Tata Institute of Social Science, Mumbai. Forms can be obtained from the cash counter between 10 am to 3 pm (against cash payment).

Deadline: October 24, 2008, for submission.
